Copyrights and licensing:

Not having the proper license will delay the completion of your project!

You must get a license for any and all third-party software applications included on your CD-ROM or DVD
(whether you are paying for the use of the application or it is a free program),
such as Apple QuickTime™ Viewer, Netscape Navigator®, or Microsoft® Internet Explorer.

Obtaining a license to distribute software applications is usually quick, easy, and free.
We strongly recommend that you investigate the necessary licensing requirements
before starting your CD-ROM or DVD project. Most software companies have downloadable
licensing agreements on their Web sites.

Most third party software owners will require you to print their logo, trademark, or copyright symbol
onto your packaging, inserts, and discs. Copyright owners may even require you to
include warranty disclaimers and other legal information about their software applications
with your product to be in full compliance.

Along with proof of licensing, you must provide us with written proof and permissions
that you own the material and are granting Who Dat the rights to reproduce it.
We cannot proceed with manufacturing your CD-ROM or DVD
until we have all necessary proof of licensing.

All applicable copyright laws must be observed. Who Dat Music Productions
will not copy source materials that are copy-protected such as commercially
released CDs and DVDs.
